4 hours of interviews with various department heads and the vice president. One on one style, passed around to each department head. Casual conversation about previous workplace expereiences and college courses.

Will ask a lot of questions based on your introduction , some questions may asked depends on what you wrote on CV

FEM questions, triaxial test, foundation, retaining.
Basically ask all the stuff in undergraduate geotechnical course
Interview with two directors, one is technical another is associate, casual talking, tell them something about yourself, your internship experience and university lifes, what do you want to do if you get the offer and etc.
Online testing and virtual interview followed by assessment centre. Worked in groups then had a face to face interview with the hiring manager. Overall, I thought it was really well organised throughout
