Round one by HR on the phone. Generic HR q&a. Round two by director - hiring manager: portfolio review followed by technical q&a related to content presented on portfolio. Technical questions about past work experience as a part 2 architecture assistant as well as part 1 architecture assistant. Round three with HR: Salary and overall package negotiation. They were posetive to negotiation.

For round one, there is a questionnaire online with no time limit where they give you office based situations and you choose your most likely answer and your least likely answer and then interview face to face for second round

Entretien
It took a very very long time between the beginning and the end of the process. I received a couple of phone interviews, then the final skype interview. The interviewer was very unorganized and unprofessional. So he decided to reschedule the interview with me for a later date in the week, and never got back to me. He also dodged emails from that point on. I was extremely unhappy with the level of unprofessionalism.
