Cordial, good HR, take their time to ask questions. Interview questions relevant to position and location. Staff very knowledgeable with market and technology used. Interview process is however too long and decision is too long as well. Decisions are not made locally, and it seems that no one is willing to take a decision.
Interview was not well structured and was fairly informal. and haphazard with poor coordination among various parties. Overall it entailed a couple of rounds. Focus on technical skills and numbers rather than soft skills.

Pretty straightforward process overall. First round was pretty perfunctory. I think they were looking for a cultural fit with their work place vibe. I think the have a strong corporate culture.

Met with three people who would be daily contacts for the position. Had conversations with national representatives and local. Was referred by a former colleague. They were looking for a business development focused person.
