I was immediately dismissed when the interview started because they wouldn't accept or open the digital portfolio that I had emailed to them ahead of time, and instead wanted a hard copy.
25-30 min interview with exec and assistant director (first in), describe portfolio and inform job preference (design vs. PM). Slightly confusing without HR present but overall process was smooth and direct.

A resume, a short introduction of yourself and a portfolio of your work are required. Detailed description of the content of the projects involved in the portfolio, career development plans.

Entretien
First run 30 min call with HR. Start with self introduction and following with questions. Then you can ask questions to them. The thing is I don't think they provide visa sponsorship for international employees.
