This was a general phone screening interview. They reached out through email and asked if I was still interested. The whole interview took around 20 minutes. They first explained what the company does and the role of the job I applied for.

After meeting people at a job fair, networked with a few people within the company. From there, got an invite to a two- day hiring event with the company. The first night was a mix-and-mingle with hiring managers and different employees from various sectors within the company. The second day was a panel interview with three different employees around the country. It was kind of intimidating because other candidates were being interview in the same room and at the same time.
