Entretien
One hour interview, they review you CV and ask some set questions, very basic. Questions include, why is your education/experience relevant etc. As long as your answers are well informed and spoken with confidence and conviction you'll be okay.

Give an example of a time you've successfully worked in a team
Only face to face interview and no written, asked based on your resume. For example, what is the machinsm of ELS? How to determine Grade III rock? What is your Capstone and Final year project?
Two interviewers, ask about the leadership, challenge ,all the questions are mainly based on CV. Not intense atmosphere, also questions about coorperation. it is a good experience , no so many technical questions

Entretien
The process started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked about my engineering knowledge and past project experience. There was also a competency-based discussion focusing on teamwork and problem-solving. Overall, the process was organised, and communication was clear at each stage.
