Applied via the website and was invited to an interview in the office. This consisted of a written exercise made up of 3 questions which had to be answered in 40 minutes, and then verbal question and answer. Two of the written questions were qualitative and the third required some basic mathematical ability. Received an offer two weeks later.

There's not exam but a face to face and one to one interview conducted by the team leader. As the position is for graduate, no technical questions were asked. Instead, the interviewer wanted the candidate to show their thinking by asking a lot of opinion questions.
