very detailed questions by staff with little or knowledge of subject. The process was drawn out without explanation. Input from staff was very cautious in the words chosen and explanations of responsibilities. Vendor was also included in the process which should be a cautionary tale
Interview was not well structured and was fairly informal. and haphazard with poor coordination among various parties. Overall it entailed a couple of rounds. Focus on technical skills and numbers rather than soft skills.

Pretty straightforward process overall. First round was pretty perfunctory. I think they were looking for a cultural fit with their work place vibe. I think the have a strong corporate culture.

Met with three people who would be daily contacts for the position. Had conversations with national representatives and local. Was referred by a former colleague. They were looking for a business development focused person.
