A very delightful interview process, interviewers are nice and we had a good talk, they gave me a brief history about AECOM. It lasted for about an hour and I got the reply after about two weeks. I met one of their designers and associate director.
25-30 min interview with exec and assistant director (first in), describe portfolio and inform job preference (design vs. PM). Slightly confusing without HR present but overall process was smooth and direct.

A resume, a short introduction of yourself and a portfolio of your work are required. Detailed description of the content of the projects involved in the portfolio, career development plans.

First run 30 min call with HR. Start with self introduction and following with questions. Then you can ask questions to them. The thing is I don't think they provide visa sponsorship for international employees.
