Entretien
Brief, met with interviewer, asked a couple of questions, then waitied to hear if I was accepted. I also remember taking a personality test as well as getting a background check. They also did call my former employer to speak about my current employment as well as verify. They did ask me if they could first, so I knew it was coming, I just had to play it off with my current job at the time. I got the call to get the job, then afterwards I went to a month of training before going to the call floor.

Entretien
Well First there was a single interview with one of teh hiring managers. Then we all did a group interview. It was nerve racking but I was the only one hired from the interview with about 10 other people.

it's different now then it was in 2013, but it was a big group interview and if i hadn't of known a manager I probably wouldn't have gotten in... the interview process has been completely changed since I was hired tho, its really best if you know someone, they hire through a 3rd party recruiter, but they have a referral program that is normally the easiest way in.
