J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP (Findlay, OH) en mai 2014
Entretien
First have a brief phone interview that asks you basic qualification questions followed by a situation question. Then have an on-site interview where they get to know you better to see if you fit in with their culture. There may be another situation question depending on your interviewer. They like people that are social for their RPO positions.

Can you provide an example of a time when you had to complete a task but others got in the way of doing so?
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP
Entretien
Recruiter reached out to me about a role as a recruiter with ADP RPO working for a major investment company, was very excited about the opportunity and eventually they set up a interview with two recruiters. I work for a staffing firm and these two recruiters claimed that in the past they did as well (they even claimed they were former employees of Aerotek which is a known firm) yet they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about when I spoke about even basic aspects of agency recruiting. This basically blew the interview since they didn't understand the job that they supposedly had extensive experience in. My best guess is they lied to ADP about having been agency recruiters in order to get their job and I ended up suffering the consequences of it by losing a great opportunity. I tried to simplify things for them as much as possible but they just didn't understand and eventually rejected me with no explanation as they probably thought I would report them for their fabricated work history if I were hired.
A company like ADP should be doing reference checks to verify the recruiters they hire and the fact that they have recruiters lying about their work history is unacceptable.

Question 1
Most of the questions were asking me to clarify what I meant by things like gross margin, Linkedin Recruiter and even what Monster, CareerBuilder and Dice were, as they didn't know what the largest job boards were despite claiming to work in an agency.
