The typical questions about how one would approach a problem/issue from a professional and technical method, one's experience with XYZ, and what one could contribute to the team and the company as a whole.

Applied online, get the phone interview about 2 weeks afterwards. Phone interview takes about 30 mintues, and mainly talking about research related questions with only one or two behavior questions.
