First I was asked to attend an interview on skype. Telephonic interview with the admin person. Then Had an interview with the training head to judge my communication skills and previous work experience.Subsequently told I would be called to Delhi to take the interview which was then changed to a skype interview because the APAC manager was in town. .Finally had to take an online psychometric test that had three sections.
