First of all the resume gets shortlisted after that in Personal Interview HR takes the first round and is the HR Person gets satisfied with your answers, then you have to give practical test and when the procedure is over, you will be called for final round with the Respective Department Head. After that if the result is positive then you will be given offer letter through mail and the formalities will be mentioned in the mail body. After the formalities have been completed, you have to join on the given date otherwise the Letter of joining will be considered cancel.
