I got a call from M.A., and the initial call took over an hour. He tells you about the job, and then tells you about two unrealistic test you have to take to just get in front of the company.
If you don't pass the test, you don't go on to the next step. Fair enough. The questions aren't relevant to the job. It may have taken a week to get to take the test step b/c the hiring manager at the client company may have been out or moving offices.
UPFRONT he states that he doesn't offer ANY health insurance or benefits. That should be a sign to run fast and far away.
Was an online test from TalentCentral and isn't a good test, even M. A. said so. Not sure why this method is still being used if even the recruiter said so.
