There are two people in the interview with you. I actually filled out the application on a Tuesday, I had my interview on Friday and was offered the position on my way home. The people I interviewed with were very nice, the interview was very formal. There was a required drug test when I was offered the position. The interview was less than 20 minutes.

The network engineer took me through a series of questions that were not basic at all. None of the questions asked in the interview had to do with basic troubleshooting skills, and involved a high technical level of proficiency. I did not view this as an entry level customer service interview, but more like an mid-level technician interview. The interviewer was not personable, irritated and irrational. I felt like the interview was going badly. One of the striking things that stood out to me was the emphasis on training for sixty day.s From the questions asked, I couldn't for the life of me figure out what they would be training. Glad I didn't get the offer.
