Interviewed the day before the position started and called on the way home with the offer. Briefed on the call volume, pay and asked various Tech support and troubleshooting questions.

Entretien
I applied online on December 11th. HR called me on the 14th to discuss my application and resume as I had applied to two positions; Customer Service and Wireless Support. She explained that the customer service pays $11 per hour while the other pays $14. I advised that based on the commute I would only be interested in the Wireless position. She asked a couple tech questions such as "what mobile providers use sim cards?" She wanted me to come in the next day for an interview but I had literally just been diagnosed with severe pink eye; so I could not go in that soon. I interviewed on December 23rd. I was 20 minutes late due to traffic and interstate accidents; but I remained professional and was confident during the interview. I got the offer on December 29th and was emailed the information for the drug test and background check.
