The interview process involves online assessments (IQ test - abstract reasoning and personality test) and two interviews - motivational and technical. Each one of 45 minutes. Make sure to be on point with accounting and know something about bank and their previous M&A deals.

The interview process was fast and very friendly. They seem to care to know what drives you, and why you want to work at ABN. The interviewers look beyond your experience, but you should be familiar with the financial news. The questions were expected and they weren't any major surprise.
