I was presented by a sourcing supplier, directly to the hiring manager. The pre-interview was a screening, but the interview with the hiring manager was mostly behavioral. I lated understood that the role was very political, so I needed the softskills to survive. Which I did for 2 years.

2. Give me specific examples where your decision was wrong. 3.How did you deal with the situation?
2 gesprekken. Duidelijk en open gesprekspartners. Je wordt op je gemak gesteld tijdens een gesprek waardoor je niet nerveus blijft. Verder vind ik dat er ook veel interesse wordt getoond in je prive leven.
First interview with team members. Second one with a potential peer and a member of the management team. Final interview was with the hiring manager and a team member. In general, a very good experience. Questions were a solid mix of difficult, medium, and easy. Was able to ask questions myself and had enough freedom to make sure I came across as I wanted to.

Entretien
Three interviews: one screening interview, one with two people in similar roles and one with a hiring manager. Very relaxed, transparent, some standard questions about why you applied and what your are looking for. They also provided a good understanding of the organization, stakeholders and processes within the company.
