I had applied through linkedin. I got an email they have shortlisted the profile and asked to fill up a detailed for. It was quite detailed questionaire. Had questions regarding your weaknesses, your positives, how do I handle stress, what is my achievement, what was my greatest failure and so on. After filling up the form, I got a call for the interview which was scheduled after two days in their office.

The interview was short and the interviewer didn't understand the qualifications of the candidate. Even after having 10+ years of experience the candidate was told that they are not fit.
