There wasn't much of one. It was pretty much a description of the position. They asked me if I had experience and was comfortable with the night shift. It really wasn't much of an interview at all actually. It just seemed like they really didn't care who was working there. They just hope you made it through the week or so. It didn't seem like they cared who they hired as long as they showed up.
