I applied online and then received a email about attending a informational webinar a couple of days later. After attending the webinar I was then sent an email by HR about picking a time slot for the first interview. I had a interview with someone from HR followed by the actual call center supervisor which whom I would report to if offered the job, the next day I received a email stating that I was being offered a job and to attend a on boarding webinar. On boarding is 2 parts, Phase 1 and Phase 2.
The process is too long. You have to go through so many steps for the next person you basically say the same thing too. It's a very tiring process and I just didn't find myself making time for the interviewing steps they require.

Strenuous and difficult I would suggest other companies To say the least it was very difficult to pass the interview process if you are looking for steady pay this is a great company may be a challenge though

I applied on the companies website and competed the basic application process. I received an email with an invitation for assessment. About three days after the assessment I received an invitation for a video interview.
