Process with a lack of professionalism and respect. There were three interview stages: recruiter, manager and a face-to-face interview with three managers for a junior position. Despite my senior HR experience, I was not offered the job. I reached the final interview for the position, but I never heard back from the recruiter or even an automated email. I had no feedback from my interview. Which seems to me to be a lack of professionalism given all the time invested in the interviews, including an in-person interview. It's a disappointment how the recruitment process is handled for the size of the company, especially being the position for the HR department.
