Depersonalized. Lack of human to human interaction, certainly viewed as a number. Interviewers emanated strong narcissistic tendencies, lack of creative questioning, and a cold one-sided attitude. Believe the interview was conducted to meet a quota of # of persons interviewed, most likely job didn’t exist or an internal candidate was already lined up. Every answer provided barely yielded a response. Ask Q, Provide A, move on to next question.
An interview should be a discussion, not an emotionless narcissistic information gathering fest. Terrible.
