Manager meet and greet followed by tour of facilities and supervisor meeting. Followed up by interview of other Production Supervisors along with a Q&A session. At the end of the interview I sat down with the departmental manager for follow up questions and review.

Was thorough and explained the job in its entirety. Very clean and well kept facility. Was given a tour and shown all the various work spaces. The facility from the top down is very well kept.

Colloquio da remoto, poi face to face in stabilimento e infine confronto con gli HR per la parte economica. Tra una fase e l'altra trascorre sempre molto più di quanto promesso. Non rispondono quasi mai nè al telefono nè alle mail se provi a chiedere info sul processo di selezione. Non mi sono mai sentito trattato come una risorsa, ma come un semplice numero.
