I was given an offer to join as a Management Trainee following my direct placement in the company directly from college.
The process of selection for a Management Trainee involves an online examination focusing on technical subjects, followed by an extensive technical interview conducted by a panel of 2-3 senior managers. The candidates who successfully clear the technical interview have to then appear for a Personal Interview with two senior HR Managers, followed by a Presentation on a Business Case and then finally culminating in a group discussion on a matter of current affairs which is adjudged by a group of 6-8 HR Managers.
