Entretien
Telephonic call - 45 mins and interview through video conferencing - 1 hour. Both of them being Technical interview followed with HR interview for 30 mins over phone. Since I applied online, no referrals as such. The main technical interview objective was to explain what I have done in my last company and how will I fit in ABB.
I got call from Abb bangalore itself. HR took initial telephonic round. Once got shortlisted for second round, interview on Skype was arranged as I was in Noida.
Final offer was made on phone.

The process starts with screening call with the HR. Then a Technical interview with the hiring manager. The interview is highly dependent on the job requirements and your previous experience. Familiarise yourself with the business units products, and the main competitors’ products.

I applied online. The phone interview was straightforward. Then they invited me for a face to face interview during which I presented my PhD thesis and they asked technical question just about my presentation.
