This interview process consist in a wide range of face to face as well as test interviews. Teams, face to face and test. English test as well is required.
Cleaner process and smart personnel. Most of the interviews cover 1.5h

Personal and specific skills related to the work performance
Started out with HR, asking general questions. Hiring manager was more straight forward and needed somebody with a good amount of experience especially in P&L. Granted P&L requires VP/GM level, it seems they were grooming a future leader
