initial communication after submitting application took approximately 2 weeks; the selection process is about four stages-test, group & individual interview and classroom training. i was expected to pass through all stages before i was offered employment into the organization. it was thorough, competitive, tasking and educating.

Stage 1 - Team test. Tip: be bold enough to speak. As much as what you say is important, speaking confidently and supporting your idea (whatever it is) is most important. Ensure you speak! Don’t sit quiet. Stage 2 - One on One interview with either two or three member of their team. Tip: be bold again. They’re extremely cool people, so don’t let your nerves get the best of you. Speak formal and laugh freely if you feel like. Answer their questions and be sure to express yourself. Sight examples as well.
