Was recruited through one of their IT Consultants. Interview with hiring firm was short and to the point. Then I went to Aaki and met one of the two senior partners who made the hiring decision. Very easy interview to gauge if you have basic knowledge of IT. Whole process since being contacted by recruitment agency to getting the offer was slightly over a month.
