Multiple interviewers - Expect a wide range of questions. Seemed disorganized and some questions were asked twice from different groups. Expect to not hear from HR for months. Lack of communication throughout entire process. Does not seem like they (AAA) knows truly what/who they want to hire. Either you want a highly skilled person or someone green, pick one and modify your posting for that.
