The manager was knowledgeable of the company and was very experienced in the position I was applying for. I believe the manager had been with the company for more than 15 years. She has worked her way up to the present position she held. And with the drive I felt from the interview I know she will move up in the company. First of all this was my first job interview since 1971. My experience of this interview, I was terrified I have not had a job interview outside of the US Postal Service in 42 years, the private sector had me horrified but I can through with flying colors.

Took almost a month from submitting a resume to being called for an interview. Expect to receive a questionnaire before getting contacted about an interview. Once I interviewed it took almost a month to be contacted with an offer
