Applied via Glassdoor, went through an initial phone interview, then was set up for a 2nd phone interview. IN both phone screens the main concern of employment was what my salary range was as opposed to what I could offer or even what they offered for my services.

Question 1
My salary requirement in the first phone interview call. Quick rehash of my history - it was clear they did not review my resume. The second call came 30 minutes later than the time appropriated for my interview. The caller lost my resume and did not review prior to the call and I rehashed that for the caller as well.
