You have two rounds of interviews. One initial interview with a senior or higher S/W engineer in the team that you apply for. If you passed this stage, you go to the next round where you get interviewed by the whole team members. I had 6 different senior S/W engineers. Make sure you are well prepared to answer any questions from your resume, internet protocols, and basic coding interviews such as linked lists and stuff.
