This position was in Bulgaria. The HR called me by phone and she booked time for the first interview. Also, she asked to fill out a list with more than 100 questions about Culture fit. In 7 days I wrote a message to know about my status. And I got an answer that this position requires knowledge of the Bulgarian language. Although this was not included in the requirements and on the first interview the HR said that they require only English.
