I went through the whole interview process (one over the phone and one in person) and got denied. They told me they usually hire from within - utilizing a staffing agency to fill positions, so I should go through the staffing agency if I wanted to try again

I had a phone interview within 2-3 days of applying online, then I was brought in for an in person interview with the department supervisors. Then the floor supervisor took me around the facilities and gave me a tour.
