The process went fast and everyone was very responsive. I went through three rounds of interviews and they were informal and informative. They asked what books I've read recently and seemed to care about fit for the team more than very specific qualifications (which I think is a good thing).

I had two interviews with them for a copywriter role, while I thought the intial interview with recruiter went well, the following interview with the direct manager was not as great. Not only did he make the copywriter enviroment seem obnoxiously and unconstructively competitive, but they struggled being transparent about their culture. For a company that emphasizes health and caring for elderly parents (moms), their covid procedure was non-existent. They struggled answering basic questions I had during the interview and struggled telling me why they "chose to go with someone else" even though throughout the process they kept telling me how great of a fit I would be. Basically Gaslightlighting 101 throughout the process.

4 rounds -- HR, direct report, team manager, division leader. quick, simple questions and pretty informal. Looking back, they were hiring a lot of people at the time, so that probably played a part.
