There is a qualifying interview by the H.R. Department to make sure you meet the job qualifications. Then you are interviewed by a manager to get deeper into your sales background and experience. If you pass that, then you go to a 1 on 1 interview where they see how you act in person and if you are the right to represent the company in front of their clients.
