They were fast regarding response times and I successfully completed all 4 rounds but they later ghosted me, even after asking about updates. Rather unprofessional. The people were nice though(some of them, some seemed very stuck up and holier than thou) but what you think the position is, is not what it is. You must be willing to give up many evenings and your mental health essentially for a few cute perks...

I was contacted within a couple days after applying for a phone screening. Then, I was asked to come in for a second round of interviews in person. This took place within the same week as the screening. During the in-person interview, I was interviewed by 3 program managers. After that, I met with the National Director. I got conflicting information on what next steps would look like. It ended with a lot of ambiguity but after a few weeks, I was notified that they went with another candidate.
