I had a screening call and an interview with one of the current Platform Engineer there. The initial screening call faced a delay when the interviewer forgot about it, and subsequently, scheduling the second interview proved to be a challenging task as well. Following the second interview, there was no communication about the outcome and I had to chase them to find out that they didn't want to proceed with my application. Unfortunately, they didn't provide any feedback or reasons for their decision.

4/5 round process of an hour each…lengthy. Recruiter screen then hiring manager screen, then AWS design and final tech questions. Conducted remotely and efficiently, not much room for getting to know you
