The online application was typical. Got a call back within a week for an interview. The interview concerned me because the manager was yelling at employees, carried a spit cup the whole time, (everyone uses chew tobacco here) the office was a shambles, the enviorment seemed rough and tense.

Entretien
The interview process was about 20 minutes and all took place at the front desk with a single interviewer who would be the supervisor. It was less of an interview and more of a preliminary checklist of what's expected of the position.

Easy and very pressure free, Lou was the branch manager and he was very personal and informal. Showed me around the lumbar yard as well which was great to see considering the work environment
