The interview process was alarmingly fast. I applied on a Tues. afternoon and heard back about a first round interview within 15 mins of me sending the application. The next morning (Wednesday) there was a 15 minute group interview with two other candidates and the CEO(?). After the interview, we received an email with a question to answer which influenced decisions to move forward. The same afternoon (Wednesday), I heard that I received a second round interview for the next morning. The second round interview lasted for an hour (5 min intro + 10 mins of me waiting for a different zoom link to someone's meeting room + 45 mins of 1:1 interview). During the interview we were instructed to take detailed notes, and after the interview there was an extensive google forms questionnaire with references to things about the company that were said during the interview (i.e. why clients would want to work with 808, two types of marketing, etc.). The answers to this were also taken into consideration for the final round of interviews. I found out on Thursday afternoon (same day as the 2nd round) that I would have a final 15-min interview with the CEO scheduled for Thursday evening. He was a few minutes late to our call but ended up wanting to push the call back because of a client call. I waited past our new start time until I received a phone call from someone else saying it needed to be delayed further (they still wanted Thursday evening, and all of this was happening past 6 pm). I could not make the new time because of prior commitments and asked to be rescheduled to the morning. I was told I would hear back once they confirmed the new time, and never heard from anyone again. Overall the quick turnaround raised a lot of red flags to me. The interviews were not for the job/title that I had applied for--there is a four-level development program that everyone in the company goes through.
