Entretien
The first step was a telephone interview with the local recruiter. The initial phone interview lasted about 60 mins. The purpose was for the recruiter to get a feel for you and your experience. They wanted to know if you were a good fit for the company. They were very concerned about getting the proper person for the job due to the long training period. Retail experience was not required, however it was considered a plus if you had it.
