Went in for an application and was told to come back in a week to speak with the manager. The process was pretty fast and asked basic interview questions. It was very conversational but straight to the point about my abilities and my willingness to take on leadership if needed.Then was called in a few days later for training

Easy, quick, and polite manager. Took no more than 15 minutes and was told I can start the following week. Inquired about previous retail experience and if I had worked at a convince store before.
