Phone interview followed by personality test via email. After passing the personality test, you have a face to face meeting with a "Market Manager". Despite your extraordinary background, terrific record of success, passing the personality test, and having an exemplary interview, the main deciding factor in being hired is the timed "skills test", in the presence of the Market Manager. If you have used a computer for just many basic computations, that can be determined very quickly via a calculator, you will not be able to use one.during the timed test.

Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized

I was called for an Over the phone interview. during this time I was Asked basic SMART guided questions. Afterwards I was Asked for a salary base recommendation- based on what I made prior and what I would want. They Followed up with another interview
