Initial screening on telephone and understanding on experience and educational qualifications : 1. Aptitude Test (Link Shared) 2. Case Analysis Round (Link Shared) 3. HR Round (Telephonic) 4. Research Manager (Telephonic)
Online aptitude test where there is question based on aptitude with moderate level questions and timer is there for 30 mins . And it is in Google form .

There were 4 rounds and it took almost a month to get on board.
Round 1 - Aptitude
Round 2 - Case Analysis
Round 3 - Technical Round
Round 4 - HR Round
It was an exhilarating yet challenging process.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Round 1 had 20 basic aptitude questions.
Round 2 had 10 questions including article writing and guesstimates.
Round 3 was a technical round that had case study questions like the company wants to expand its business into other countries, how should it go about it? It also had some brain teaser-type questions and guesstimates.
Round 4 was just a general HR round to discuss the CTC and understand if you are a good fit for the company's culture.
