The interview process was exactly how it should be these days - as opposed to just looking at skills, it was about who you are as a person and whether you're a good fit for the company. Laura made sure I was completely at ease and aware of expectations and responsibilities. If only all companies recruited in the same way! As this was during Covid, I also spoke to Justin as part of the process and this gave me a further insight into individuals working for 67 Degrees and the general team environment / morale. It was clear from the start that Laura and Justin put their employees first and want the best for them, not just the business.
