Initial phone call from in house recruiter, found cv on monster Initial phone interview- asked about role was told they build roles around people Was cautious so did research on internet - called back and stated this is the package I was after would it be wasting my time and their time if i came for interview was told NO. Decided there was no harm going for a chat When I arrived 30 others at the day Initial IQ test Personality test Waited 1hr 30 mins Initial 1st interview- normal interview going over CV (was told I was through to next round) Waited another 1hr 2nd interview Asked to talk about anything I wanted for 2 minutes asked to sing a song pretend to be a chicken tell a joke was told I was through to the next round Presentation by MD regarding company was offered position along with 4 others basic 15, 900 plus commission
