I should of suspected the job would not be a good job because the interview process was hodgepodge. The group interview was started but their was no tech support to help coordinate our computers. At least one candidate was told to do his interview another time because they couldn't access the site. 51Talk has many problems with their site and server, unfortunately the teacher is often blamed for connection problems. The interview was suspended for time purposes. When the interview was to be carried on the interviewer had not told me the proper time. Eventually, the interview was finished but the funny/sad thing was that I was already being notified I had a class to teach and I wasn't even done my interview. Another sign of the rampant disorganization of this company.
