J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez 5 Wits (Foxborough, MA) en oct. 2017

      Entretien

I applied online through Indeed, first interview was with the Marketing Director and was pretty straight forward, he is a very nice guy and seems overly qualified to work at this company. Second was a phone interview with the Director of Operations he was not on the same page as the Marketing Director, as he told me that the OTE would be around $110-$120k, the Director of Operations told me it was more in the $70s range. A few days later I was contacted and told that the initial OTE of $110 was accurate. I decided to continue in the interview process and met the Marketing Director in person. The third and final interview was with the CEO, was a fairly easy interview as he was very numbers driven. I was given an offer below what was discussed ($56k+comm.) I was told by the Director of Operations that the CEO is a micromanager and numbers driven, and that he wants to see an instant impact from someone accepting this job. My offer letter even stated that in 6 months would revisit this position to see if its working. (Talk about setting someone up for failure!) Mind you this is a new role for the company and that in the formal offer the commission aspect was not clearly broken down, it basically was if I achieve what they figured to be "on target" i would make $70k (far below what was discussed). Since I was told during my first few conversations that it would be a telecommute position I countered at $60k to which the Director of Operations agreed on. At this point I was told that it was not a remote position and needed to be in the office daily and when out of the office I was going to be issued a GPS device to track my whereabouts. A couple of days later I heard back from the Director of Operations who told me he called a past employer (without my consent) for a recommendation. Unfortunately it was a employer that I did not see eye to eye with and they gave me a negative recommendation and my offer was taken back.
